I have two decades of experience in industry-leading tech and telecoms organisations. My experience ranges from managing high profile technical projects, supporting a CTO and executive teams, building leadership teams and leading culture change.

I have worked closely with tech leadership teams for the last 10 years, during which time I have seen it all; the good, the bad and the ugly!  My experience has given me a passion to re-imagine our ways of working, challenge expectations and disrupt the status quo.

I have led large, cross-functional teams to define, plan and implement strategic change into organisational culture. Creativity, innovation and future focused teams are key areas of focus.

Being both strategic and action-orientated in my approach, I have a track record of turning workplace challenges into specific, achievable goals. I bring energy, creativity and dogged determination into the teams I work with. As a trained counsellor I also bring a valuable level of insight into my client work.

I am accredited to use the C-me high performance tool in my workshops. This is a highly accurate and behaviour based approach focused on building effective team communication and leadership development.

I bring an entrepreneurial spirit into my consultancy work. Before my corporate career I was the co-founder of a coffee shop at the age of 22. I successfully bid for funding, managed a building re-fit and established the coffee shop as a hub in the community.
